RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2002 ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 00-12
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that
the lowest bid of Ron Kassa Construction, Inc., in the amount of $33,636.80 is the
lowest responsible bid for the 2002 Alley Reconstruction Project, City Project 00-12, and
the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with said bidder for and on behalf of the City. .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day of June, 2002.
