RESOLUTION NO. 2002-59
RES0LUTION APPROVING THE USE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCENTIVE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority in Resolution No. 24-
HCHRA-01R1 has approved the use of a $155,225 Affordable Housing Incentive Fund loan for the
Community Involvement Programs (CIP) 1301/1303 Oxford Street project, contingent upon approval
of the project by the City of Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the CIP 1301/1303 Oxford Street project will preserve the supply of affordable housing in
the City of Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the loan form the HCHRA will complete the financing required for the project to go
forward.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the CIP 1301/1303 Oxford Street project and the participation of the
Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority in the project are hereby approved,
conditioned upon the execution of an mmual payment in lieu of taxes agreement.
