RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2002 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 01-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Valley Paving, Inc., in the amount of $593,371.92, is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2002 Street and Utility Improvement Project, City Project 01-10, and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this ih day of May 2002.
