RESOLUTION NO. 2002-45
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
2001 SEAL COAT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 01-01
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August 14,2001, Bituminous
Roadways, Inc., has satisfactorily completed construction of the 2001 Seal Coat Project,
commonly known as City Project 01-01, in accordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 21 sl day of May 2002.
