RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
PARKING LOT 500, 600 AND 10TH /l1TH AVE. NORTH IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 98-12
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 15, 2001, DMJ
Corporation, has satisfactOlily completed constmction of Park Lots 500, 600 and 10th/II th
Avenues North, City Project 98-12, in accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and approved.
2. Order for [mal payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
3. A one-year warranty on contract work shall commence as of this resolution.
