RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AFTER PUBLIC HEARING
2002 ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 00-12
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 2nd day of April 2002
fixed a date for a Council Hearing on the proposed improvement of alley reconstruction
in the 300 Block between 19th Avenue North and Hilltop Park, including concrete
pavement and curb installation, drainage and erosion control improvements, and all
necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it appropriate and expedient to make such
improvements, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the yth day of May 2002, at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted the 2nd day of April 2002.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
