RESOLUTION NO. 2002-18
RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF HOPKINS ENGINEERING GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, The City of Hopkins has determined that it would be in the best
interest of the City to prepare Engineering Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, Engineering Guidelines dated March 2002, have been prepared by
the City's Engineering Division and have been presented to Council for approval; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Guidelines have been reviewed and are supported
by the City's Public Works Department, Inspection Division, and Planning Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, herby adopts the aforesaid Engineering Guidelines as the official City of
Hopkins Engineering Guidelines.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th' day of March 2002.
