ORDINANCE No. 2005-948
AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNIMPROVED ALLEY RIGHT OF WAYS, AS DESCRIBED
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The unimproved alley public rights ot way are hereby vacated:
The alley right-ot-way segments located between Monroe Avenue South and Harrison Avenue
South and between 1 st Street South and Excelsior Boulevard as shown and described on the
attached exhibits.
The City ot Hopkins reserves public utility easements over the vacated alleys described on the
attached exhibits.
