RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2007 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 06-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Holst Excavating in the amount of $1,085,400.25 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2007 Street and Utility Improvement Project, City Project 06-10, and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 1St day of May 2007.
