RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2004 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND LOT 800 RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECTS 04-10 & 04-11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Northwest Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of $954,510.18, is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2005 Street and Utility I mprovement Project and Lot 800
Reconstruction, City Projects 04-10 & 04-11, and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 17th day of May 2005.
