RESOLUTION FOR A WARD OF CONTRACT
HOPKINS PAVILION MEZZANINIE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota that the
lowest quote of Rutledge Construction Company in the amount of $43,629 is the lowest
responsible quote for the Hopkins Pavilion Mezzanine Improvement Project, and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Rutledge Construction Company for and on behalf ofthe City.
