RESOLUTION FOR A WARD OF BID
2005 SIDEWALK AND ALLEY REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 05-04
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota that the
lowest bid of Ron Kassa Construction, Inc., in the amount of $36,456.25 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2005' Sidewalk and Alley Repair project, City project 05-04, and
the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 19th day of July 2005.
