RESOLUTION NO. 04-075
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DECREASE IN THE 2005 TAX LEVY REQUIREMENT
FOR THE 6-1-2003 HRA LEASED REVENUE BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
That the 2005 levy for the 6-1-2003 HRA Leased Revenue Bonds be decreased by $495,000
from the minimum required amount due to excess funds on hand as a result of significant project under
runs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit a certified copy of
this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 7th day of September 2004.
