RESOLUTION FOR A WARD OF BID
MINNETONKA WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
CITY PROJECT 04-05
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota that the
lowest bid ofNorthdaIe Construction, Inc., in the amount of $263,945.64 is the lowest
responsible bid for the Minnetonka Water Main Replacement project, City project 04-05,
and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 20th day of July 2004.
