RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2004 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 04-09
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota that
the lowest bid of Metro Utilities, Inc., in the amount of $24,428.00 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2004 Storm Sewer Improvements project, City project 04-09, and
the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 15th day of June 2004.
