RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2004 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 03-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Northwest Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of $365,843.80, is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2004 Street and Utility Improvement Project, City Project 03-10,
and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 18th day of May 2004.
