Council members present were Mayon Redeg-~nn~~ sn~d Council members Hesoh, Jensen, Johnson and Maxwell. City personnel present were City Manager Mte1~, and Finance Diar..~~ Yager. Ms. Yager said the Pavilion/Ice Arena fiord is covering its opers~ting costs, other than depr+~~tinn- The ice real ~ccre~~ expenses, including its abate of the depreciation, largely becaouse the demand for ice is high. The dry floor, sooces and league rental fall short. She noted this is the fast year a~tm~ative costs have been allocated, and may need do be adjusted in the fib... She added that there is no question the ~' helped the economic development of Hopkins and some of those funds ahauld be able to be used. Karen Jensen agreed a 196 fee ordinance was a great idea. Council members will give Mr. Mip1~ names of any ptn~iailar persons who coact them or whom they think should be included.
