RESOLUTION NO: 04-14
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARYIFINAL PLAT AT 713 DRILLANE
WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary/final plat SUBD04-1 has been made by Lesley
Ackerberg;
WHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows:
1. That an application for a preliminary/final plat was made by Lesley Ackerberg, on
January 23, 2004;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published
notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on
February 24, 2004: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of City staffwere considered; and
4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, Drillane
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for a preliminary/final plat
SUBD04-1 is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the preliminary/finalplat meets the subdivision requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for a preliminary/final plat SUBD04-1 is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That the park dedication fee is paid.
2. That the variance for lot width is granted for the new parcel.
