RESOLUTION 2004-006
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
LAKE STREET BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, PROJECT 99-03
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August 2, 2000, Lunda
Construction Company has satisfactorily completed construction of the Lake Street Bridge Re-
construction Project, commonly known as City Project 99-03, in accordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, that:
I. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 20th day of January 2004.
