Lea Gustafson vent aver the various phases of the l~laatsold Field project and the s~r*~~ons for bidding out the necessary improvements. Councilmembar l~axvell Hawed and Councilnenbar Anderson seconded the motion to authorise bids for the 1994 l~aetsold Field improvements. b. DISC[188IOH - STRUT RBsi.uiATION AFTffit PLYING R$PAIRS (Rpt. 94-80) Staff recowanded adoption of the folloMinq motion: Direct staff to continue using current methods far water and sever service repairs. Lee Gustafson vent over the survey that had been conducted by staff and assured Council that over 50~ of the cities had policies similar to Hopkins. Councilmamber Kaxvell asked if the costs can be ass seed. R'r. Gustafson answred that yes they can be assessed.
