Ravera~d Rosc~hen 'indicated that the group was firmed ~•ny to discuss the isstu of raudstn and since has pursued sad discussed the idea ol'a a~+~ssion with various groups is Hopkins. They have i~ seven types of invohrem~eat for a Humes Rights C~missian and would h'1oe the Counc~'s blessing to work fiuther to~arard erecting a Human Rights ordiaace sad a Commission. The Council discussed vsrioius topicsy inckuding the need to Dorm a Hannan Rights C~~inian, the possibility of a joint E~-.....: with 11Tmnatoalca and the rdstionsl~ip between the City sad the Stste with regard to huaoan rights isa~es.
