AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM INSTITUTIONAL TO R-4
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of Institutional, upon the following described premises is
hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof the said premises is hereby zoned as R-4, Medium High
Density Multiple Family,
Lot 1, Block 1, Oak Ridge Place
