RESOLUTION NO. 2003-014
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY PLAT FOR THE EXCELSIOR
BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION, PHASE II (COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY
NO.3) US HIGHWAY 169 TO BLAKE ROAD
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9227, SAP. NO. 27-603-29
WHEREAS, on December 18,2001, by Resolution No. 2001-96, the City Council
approved Excelsior Boulevard, Phase II reconstruction final plans and authorized
acquisition of permanent and temporary easements, and
WHEREAS, The City of Hopkins has received the right of way plat as prepared by
Bolton & Menk, Inc. on behalf of the City of Hopkins and Hennepin County describing
the necessary parcels to be acquired for the proposed road improvement, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota that City of Hopkins Highway Right of Way Plat No. I be approved as
prepared for the necessary property acquisition associated with the proposed
improvements of County State Aid Highway No.3 (Excelsior Boulevard) from US
Highway 169 to County State Aid Highway 20 (Blake Road), Hennepin County Project
No. 9227, SAP. No. 27-603-29.
