RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
PAVILION RENOVATION PROJECT
BID NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt, Inc. is the lowest responsive bidder for Pavilion
Renovation project, Bid No. 2 and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder in the amount of
$42,999.00 for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 1st day of July 2003.
