RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey has been submitted to the City of Hopkins for
signature: and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That the subject site was platted on June 4,2003;
2. That the Hopkins City Council reviewed the Registered Land Survey for
Marketplace Lofts on September 16, 2003;
3. That the written comments and analysis ofthe City staff were considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Registered Land Survey for
Marketplace Lofts is approved.
