2007-057CITY OF HOPKIl~TS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: 07-~7 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR AN ADDITION TO HOPKINS HEALTH CARE WHEREAS, an application for Site Plan Approval SPR07-3 has been made by Hopkins Health Care; WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for site plan approval was made by Hopkins Health Care; 2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on August 28, 2007: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and 4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows: That part of the Northeast '/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 117 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast '/4 of said Section 25; thence south along the east line of said Section 395.12 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence deflection to the right 67 degrees 29 minutes for a distance of 400 feet; thence south parallel with the east line of said Section 380.0 feet; thence easterly 400 feet to intersect of the east line of said Section 25 at a point distant 775.12 feet south from said Northeast corner of Northeast '/4 of the Southeast 1/4 ;thence north along said east line to the point of beginning, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Except the east 93 feet thereof conveyed to the County of Hennepin by Deed Document No. 3172859. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Site Plan Approval SPR07-3 is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact: ' 1. That the proposed addition meets.the zoning requirements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Site Plan Approval SPR07-3 is hereby approved based on the following conditions: 1. That the watershed district approves the proposed development. 2.
