RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2007 VAN BUREN AND HIAWATHA CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 07-08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of GL contracting, Inc. in the amount of $134,844.93 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2007 Van Buren and Hiwatha Culvert Improvements Project, City Project 07-
08, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 18th day of
September, 2007.
