ORDINANCE N0.2007-990
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS;
That Section 535 of Hopkins Code of Ordinances be, and the same and are hereby
amended by amending and adding the following section:
5. means that the use is not allowed within 500 feet of a public park, public or private
school, church, daycares, and the Hopkins Arts Facility.
