11-20-07 WSMINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, November 20t'`, 2007
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm. Present were Mayor Maxwell and Council
members Halverson, Brausen, and Youakim. City personnel present were City Manager Rick Getschow
and Public Works Director Stadler.
Hopkins Better Ice Company: Public Works Director Stadler gave the council an update on the lease
agreement with Hopkins Better Ice, Inc.
U.S. Women's Open 2008: City Manager Getschow gave an update to the City Council on the
discussions that he has had with the U.S. Open officials and Interlachen neighborhood residents regarding
the event that is planned for June of 2008.
Truth and Taxation Public Hearing: City Manager Getschow discussed the upcoming Monday,
December 3rd Truth and Taxation hearing and provided the Council with an update on issues related to that
presentation.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Halverson, seconded by Youakim to adjourn the
meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
