A RESOLUTION AMENDING FEES IN
CHAPTER 10 OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins annually reviews Chapter 10 of the Hopkins City Code in order to
establish logical and defensible fees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has found certain fees and rates in need of adjustments:
Section 1020.27 Parking Fees
Parking Permits Electric Car Permits
Annual $276 Annual $350
Quarterly $85 Quarterly $100
Monthly $36
Daily $3 (no change)
Overnight $35
Residential $35 (no change)
THEREFORE, NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Hopkins that it adopts
the fee adjustments as outlined above effective January 1, 2018.
ADOPTED this 18`h day of September, 2018, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins.
