RESOLUTION NO. 2008-005
RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING
2008 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 07-10
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized and directed the City Engineer to
prepare a report with reference to the aforesaid improvement, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has caused to be prepared the aforesaid report for
improvements on Minnetonka Mills Road and 2nd Street NE between 5t" Avenue North
and Blake Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated total cost of $1,700,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on Monday,
the 4th day of February, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at
1010 First Street South at 7:30 P.M and the City Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of said hearing and improvements as required by
law.
