RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE HOPKINS CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Council Member Jason Gadd was appointed Mayor on March 6 creating a vacancy
on the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.05 of the Hopkins Charter provides that the City Council shall by
resolution declare the City Council seat vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Hopkins hereby
declares a vacancy on the City Council.
