RESOLUTION 2019-045
AMENDMENT TO THE ON SALE WINE AND 3.2% MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
TO PHO #1 LLC DBA CAM RANH BAY, LLC
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to City Code Section 1200.28, allowed public
comment and on June 16, 2019, and approved to the issuance of an On Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt
Liquor License to Pho #1 LLC dba Cam Ranh Bay, LLC, for its restaurant located at 712
Mainstreet, Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested to include outdoor seating in front of the
business up to 8 tables; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED,by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins as follows:
1. To approve an amendment to the On Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt Liquor Licenses to
Pho #1 LLC dba Cam Ranh Bay, LLC far the premise located at 712 Mainstreet to
include outdoor seating in front of the licensed premise for up to 8 tables.
2. The outdoor seating area must be roped off in some manner to keep the space
compact and contiguous to the licensed premise. The area should not affect
pedestrian traffic on sidewalk in front of licensed premise.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 16t" day of July, 2019.
