RESOLUTION 2019-059
APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
TO WINE FROM WATER LLC DBA ACE SPIRITS
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to City Code Section 1200.28, allowed public
comment on August 5, 2019, with respect to the issuance of an Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License to Wine from Water LLC dba Ace Spirits, for its premise located at 4 Shady Oak Road,
#18, Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the application as it is on file with the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Police Department has reviewed the application as it is on file
with the City Clerk and has no reservations about the licensers being issued.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
1. To grant and approve an Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses to Wine from Water
LLC dba Ace Spirits for the premise located at 4 Shady Oak Road, #18.
2. The license is conditioned on the applicant's ongoing compliance with its application
that is on file with the City Clerk and are further subject to the following:
A. All terms and conditions of the City Code Chapter 1200 Sale, Consumption
and Display of Alcoholic Beverages and Minnesota Statute 340A.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said license.
4. This license shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2020.
