MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Tuesday, March 11, 2008
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm. Present were Mayor Maxwell and Council
members Halverson, Brausen, Rowan and Youakim. City personnel present were City Manager Rick
Getschow, City Planning and Development Director Kersten Elverum, Public Works Director Steve Stadler,
Community Services Jim Genellie, Finance Director Christine Harkess, Fire Chief Dale Specken, Police
Chief Craig Reid and Recreation Director Dave Johnson
2007/2008 Goals and, Objectives: The City Council and staff spent a considerable amount of time discussing
the 2007/2008 goals. There is also discussion of what could constitute the 2008/2009 goals moving forward.
State of the City: City Manager and Council discussed and planned for the State of the City address that would is
scheduled for Tuesday, March 18t~'.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Brausen, seconded by Youakim to adjourn the
meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 pm.
