ORDINANCE V ACA TING AN ALLEY
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the following described area of the following public alley in the City of Hopkins,
namely:
All that part of the 14-foot alley, originally dedicated in Block 3, West Minneapolis,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; which lies northerly
of the north line of Lot 7 and its westerly extension
be vacated as a public alley.
