RESOLUTION 2008-024
RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY POLICY 4-C-TEMPORARY 3.2 BEER
LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has approved a document entitled "The
Legislative Policy Manual" to perform uniform guidelines and City policy so
that actions taken are consistent and fair; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has approved Policy 4-C, relating to
requirements for Temporary 3.2 Beer Licenses
WHEREAS, these policies need to be revised from time to time
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that Section 1.01 through 2.11 of Policy 4-C be revised
to include temporary liquor licenses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins that
Section 2.12 be added to Policy 4-C, requiring licensees to provide proof of
dram shop insurance.
