RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT
2020-2021 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 2019-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that
the lowest bid of Northwest Asphalt in the amount of $13,083,245.65 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2020-2021 Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 2019-10, and the Mayor and
City Manager axe hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and
on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 16th day of March, 2020.
