Approval of Tobacco License Application for
VR Holdings DBA Vaping Studio
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Approve a Tobacco License for VR
Holdings DBA Vaping Studio located at 1819 Mainstreet, Suite B for the license term of July 1,
2020 through June 30, 2021 subject to a successful background check.
Overview
VR Holdings DBA Vaping Studio has applied for a tobacco and tobacco establishment license
for the premise located at 1819 Mainstreet, Suite B. VR Holdings is purchasing the Vaping
Studio from the current owner on July 1.
At the time of this report, the Police Department was still conducting the background check. The
license will be granted subject to a successful background check.
