RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2006 SIDEWALK AND ALLEY REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 06-04
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota that the bid
of Ron Kassa Construction, Inc., in the amount of $37,453.35 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2006 Sidewalk and Alley Repair project, City project 06-04, and the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 19th day of June 2006.
