RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2008 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 07-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Valley Paving, Inc. in the amount of $1,033,733.83 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project, City Project 07-10, and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 17th day of June,
2007.
