AN ORDINANCE REZONING 8600-8964 EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD FROM B-3,
GENERAL BUSINESS, TO B-4, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of B-3, General Business, upon the following described
premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof, the said premises is hereby zoned as B-4,
Neighborhood Business.
Lots 6-12, Block 9, Andersons 1St Addition to St. Louis Park
Lots 10 - 16 including adjacent alley subject to road, Block 10, Andersons 1St Addition to St.
Louis Park
Lots 7 -12 Block 18, West Minneapolis Center
Lot 5 - 12, Block 17 including adjacent 1/2 of vacated alleys, West Minneapolis Center
