ORDINANCE NO. 06-972
AN ORDINANCE REZONING 9020-9092 EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD FROM B-3,
GENERAL BUSINESS, TO B-4, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of B-3, General Business, upon the following described
premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof, the said premises is hereby zoned as B-4,
Neighborhood Business.
Lots 2, 3, and 4, also that part of Lot 1 lying southeasterly of the northwesterly one foot thereof
including adjacent alley vacated, Block 16, West Minneapolis Center.
Lots 5, 6, 7, including vacated street Blocks 15 and 16 subject to highway, Block 15, West
Minneapolis Center
