A RESOLUTION APPROVING PERSHING WEALTH SOLUTION BNY MELLON
AS OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS IN 2022
WHEREAS,the City of Hopkins is required by law to designate depositories and financial
institutions for City Funds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
designates Pershing Wealth Solutions BNY Mellon as depository and financial institution for
City funds for all authorized and suitable investments covered under the City's Investment
Policy, Legislative Policy 6-13.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 7th day of June, 2022.
