MINUTES OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF T'HE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, July 15, 2008
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:45 pm. Present were Mayor Maxwell and Council
members Halverson, Brausen, Rowan, Youakim and City Manager Rick Getschow.
Other:
City Manager Getschow stated that an environmental grant contract for the Block 64 project from
Hennepin County will be before the Council most likely in August. Hennepin County has approved over
$600,000 in funding for the project..
Getschow stated that the Park Board event at the Steiner preserve will most likely be on August 11 t1' at
6:30 pm preceding a Park Board meeting.
Council discussed the upcoming Raspberry Festival and parade.
Council member Brausen asked the City Manager to check into some trucks and fuel tanks at the EBCO
site.
With no further business, a motion was made by Brausen, seconded by Youakim to adjourn the meeting. The
motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 pm.
