RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO Approve the Issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to the
Minnesota Food Truck Association for their Food Truck Festival scheduled for June 24,
2023.
OVERVIEW
The Minnesota Food Truck Association has submitted an application for a temporary
on-sale liquor license for their food truck event. The liquor service will be Noon to 10
p.m. Temporary on-sale liquor licenses must be approved by the State of Minnesota,
Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement Division.
The applicant meets the requirements set for by State Statute to obtain a temporary
liquor license. Staff has reviewed the request to ensure that all requirements and issu es
concerning liquor compliance and public safety have been met.

The application and certificate of insurance are on file in the City Clerk’s office.
