PURPOSE
The Hopkins Police Department and Fire Department would like to present two youth
with a special award for assistance.
INFORMATION
Staff would like to recognize Jahakari Jones and Ashawn Kopis-Petty for their
observation skills, quick thinking and potentially lifesaving actions at the scene of a
missing 3-year-old near Nine Mile Creek on June 20, 2023.
