RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD PHASE I STREETSCAPE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 93-11
BE ~T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC]L OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Arteka Corporation in the amount of $295,244.00 is the lowest responsible bid for
the construction of landscape improvements on Excelsior Boulevard from 20~' Avenue to
8~` Avenue, city project 93-11, and the Mayox and City Manager are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21~` day of December 1999.
