RESOLUTION NO.99-99
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK & ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
RANDOM SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT 99-04
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 7, 1999,
Gunderson Brothers Cement Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvement of
random sidewalk repair, commonly known as City Project 99-04, in accordance with such
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
3. The specified warranty period on contract work shall commence upon the adoption of
this resolution.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 5th day of October, 1999.
