RESOLUTION NO 99-039
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
NINE MILE COVE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 97-03
WHEREAS, pursuant to a development agreement signed with the City on Apri17, 1997,
Taurus Properties has agreed to require its contractor to secure and furnish a maintenance bond
in favor of the City of Hopkins upon final completion and acceptance of public improvements
associated with the Nine Mile Cove development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. A three-year warranty on contract work shall have commenced as of October 3,
1998.
3. A certificate of completion shall be issued to Taurus Properties.
